Evaluation and re-use of OERs - Hélène Pulker from the Open University, UK
Hélène Pulker from The Open University, UK, has just presented her case study of teachers' use of OERs, and what beliefs their use were grounded in. Hélène adopted McGrath's (2002) notions of adaptation, regarding teachers' use and reasoning - leading to using OERs as add-on resources or using them for change. She gave several concrete examples of how teachers had addressed the OERs created and available in LORO. Resources in LORO are given in several languages and at different levels following the CEFR (loro.open.ac.uk).
